Welcome to Just Carpets UK ("we", "our", "us"). By browsing or purchasing from this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

• Samples vs. Batches: Carpet and flooring products are subject to natural manufacturing batch variations. While our website images utilise high-resolution imagery, computer and mobile screens display colours differently. We strongly recommend ordering a sample before finalising your purchase, as minor colour variations between batches are standard in the textile and flooring industry.
• Technical Specifications: All technical specifications (pile heights, total thickness, warranties) are supplied directly by manufacturers and are displayed in good faith.

• Customer Responsibility: Our website features a built-in "Room Size & Price Calculator" to assist with estimation. However, all final dimensions, widths, and quantities entered during the ordering process are the sole responsibility of the customer. We accept no liability for over-ordering or under-ordering.
• Roll Constraints: Cuts from a roll are subject to our standard minimum and maximum roll length thresholds as enforced at the point of ordering.
• Box Calculations: Boxed goods (e.g., LVT, laminate) are calculated based on square metre coverage and rounded up automatically to the nearest full box. We do not sell partial or split boxes.

• Customised Goods Exclusion: Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the standard statutory 14-day right to cancel or return goods does not apply to items made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised.
• No Cancellations Post-Cut: Because carpets, vinyl, and specific artificial grasses are custom-cut from a master roll to your exact dimensions, these orders cannot be cancelled, amended, or returned once the material has been cut.
• Accessories: Standard accessories (e.g., unopened boxes of underlay, door bars, unopened gripper packs) may be eligible for return under our standard accessory returns policy.

Any estimate requested or booked through our digital form is non-binding until a formal, written quote has been produced by an authorised representative. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a home measurement request at our discretion if it falls outside our viable geographical service regions.

All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT at the standard UK rate unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct any accidental pricing errors or mathematical glitches on the live store at any point. If an item was priced incorrectly, we will contact you before cutting or dispatching to offer a refund or a correction.

Property Rights: All goods supplied remain the sole legal property of Just Carpets UK until payment has been received in full for the items, including any delivery fees. Until ownership has officially passed to the customer, you must store the goods safely. If a payment is reversed, cancelled, or defaults after delivery or fitting, we reserve the full legal right to enter the premises to inspect or repossess our materials.

• Allotted Day Only: When scheduling a delivery day or a home estimation/fitting service, all appointments are booked for a specific calendar date only, not a guaranteed time slot.
• No Exact Time Windows: Due to the unpredictable nature of transport networks, traffic, loading times, and varying complexities at preceding customer properties, we cannot provide exact arrival times. Fitters/couriers will arrive at any point within standard operating hours on the allotted day. We accept no financial liability or responsibility for lost wages, childcare costs, or secondary expenses incurred while waiting for an arrival.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be decided exclusively by the courts of the United Kingdom.
